The Leadership Accelerator is a six-month cohort experience blending teaching, reflection, practice, and community. It is designed for leaders who want both the rigor of a structured curriculum and the depth of guided formation.

This isn’t another tactical leadership course. It’s an intentional re-training of how you think, notice, decide, and lead.

A Six-Month Path of Formation

This itinerary outlines the core progression of the Accelerator — a proven path that builds clarity, confidence, and cohesion step by step. While the framework is consistent, every team brings unique dynamics and goals. We tailor the rhythm to your context so the experience meets you where you are and moves you toward where you want to go.

  • We are all writing stories with the lives we lead. Every day we make countless choices that shape our stories, but what's driving our choices? In this session, we explore how the stories we believe fundamentally shape how we lead, and we'll question whether the stories you believe are helping you lead effectively. How do we choose more intentional, effective stories—both professionally and personally?

  • In this session, we more fully acknowledge the reality that we do not author our stories alone. We look at the relationship between our stories and those around us. Culture is the collective story we live in together.

  • In order to establish a culture marked by alignment, trust, and safety, there is an incredible amount of effort and coordination required. In this session, we explore how the surprising superhero in collaboration is the one who can effectively commit to making and managing shared agreements.

  • When we work with other people, we will inevitably face conflict—times when we’re not aligned and need to take action to regain alignment. In this session, we acknowledge what makes these moments of misalignment difficult, and explore how we can engage intentionally and effectively.

  • We typically experience our emotions and moods involuntarily—they happen to us, they aren’t something we choose. And yet, they have an undeniable impact on the choices we make and the actions we take, particularly when it comes to managing commitments and engaging in difficult conversations. In this session, we explore how to notice when ‘frustration’ is getting in the way and
identify more effective ways to move forward.

  • Leader and team development is ultimately an exercise in determining how we become who we become, and then doing what we can to grow in a particular direction. In this session, we revisit the key forces that shape us over time, and explore how we can make explicit choices to guide intentional growth.
